Our aerial silk is also the ideal fabric for aerial slings and aerial yoga when it is hung up in a "U" shape.
To do this, use the two O-slings that we deliver to you.
A special knot is then tied with the O-slings on both sides of the cloth. Here you can see how you can fasten an aerial silk with O-slings knots.
You then hang the O-Slings in their suitable ceiling Suspension.

Please purchase one separately, it is not included in the delivery. Here are two examples of how you can hang up the Aerial Sling:
Suspension in one point: "Universal" Universal Wall & Ceiling Mount + screws (depending on the ceiling) + 1 carabiner
Suspension in two points: suspension "Bridge" Ceiling Mount Bracket + 2 round slings + 1 carabiner
Advantages:
• It is then only 160 cm wide - that is perfect for small people
• The cloth has a better grip than the Aerial Yoga cloth made of nylon.
• Cheaper than the Aerial Yoga towel
Aerial sling fabric length - what length do i need?
Our 160 x 400, 500, 550 cm yoga silks are best suited for a ceiling of 2.5 to 3 meters. The lower part of the "U" should be at hip level.
When should I use an Aerial Yoga hammock with a width of 280 cm? (not delivered here)
The wide silk with a width of 280 cm is more suitable if you want to lie completely stretched out as a tall person in the cloth. In addition, the cloth is smoother overall because it is made of Nylon.
