Main Features
This B1 flame-retardant circus ring cover is manufactured to your exact specifications and is ideal for circus arenas, event flooring and performance areas requiring enhanced fire protection. Every cover is produced in Germany using modern CAD design for maximum accuracy.
In addition to standard circular covers, oval and completely custom shapes such as ships, stars or other designs can be manufactured. Please send a sketch or drawing by email before ordering so we can confirm that your requested design is technically feasible.
Benefits and Applications
The finished material weighs approximately 700–800 g/m² and meets B1 flame-retardant requirements. It is suitable for circuses, theatres, live events, exhibitions and many other professional applications.
Besides improving safety, a professionally manufactured circus ring cover creates the classic appearance of a traditional circus arena. Custom flooring such as chess boards, game areas or promotional surfaces can also be produced.
Standard colours are usually available:

- Dark Blue
- Black
- White

Custom-shaped circus ring covers are always priced based on the smallest enclosing rectangle to account for the required production material.
Examples:
- 3.0 m diameter → charged as 3.0 × 3.0 m = 9 m²
- 4.5 m diameter → charged as 4.5 × 4.5 m = 20.25 m²
- 6.0 m diameter → charged as 6.0 × 6.0 m = 36 m²
- 9.0 m diameter → charged as 9.0 × 9.0 m = 81 m²
Oval and all other custom shapes are calculated using the same method.
