The Five Platonic Bodies

The Five Platonic Bodies

The five Platonic solids are named after the Greek philosopher Plato, who described them in detail around 400 BC in his dialogue "Timaeus". He saw them as the smallest, invisible building blocks of the world and assigned them to the classical elements.

This simple construction set produces a set of Platonic solids with a uniform edge length of 5 cm, with the enclosed hanging brackets also suitable as a mobile.
