Every KONG product is developed and manufactured at the company's headquarters in Monte Marenzo, Italy. The complete production cycle—from engineering and forging to assembly, testing and packaging—is carried out in-house within the 10,000-square-meter production facility.

Every connector undergoes automated load testing at approximately 70% of its rated strength before being individually inspected by skilled technicians for flawless functionality and finish.
