Aluminium carabiner Big D Connector

The ALIENS ALU BIG D - CONNECTOR has the advantage of the D - shape carabiner. It is loaded close to the carabiner frame. The resulting lower leverage forces reduce the risk of karabiner breakage. With D-shape karabiners you can neatly connect loop material, but also ropes or sewn end connections get a wide bearing surface close to the frame of the karabiner and remain there, especially "under load". Pulleys and the like also remain in the desired position close to the main axis, thus allowing optimum utilisation of the possible holding forces.

Three rings on the locking sleeve identify "TriLock". With the two standards EN 12275 and EN 362, the ALIENS ALU BIG D - CONNECTOR carabiners meet the standard for sport climbing and the standard for industrial climbing / work safety. 28 kN breaking load in the main axis and 10 kN "open breaking load" are a clear statement.
