Paper Streamer Bombs

An example of use: You have a ball, a dove, a silk scarf in your hand and perform a "throwing movement" as if you wanted to throw the ball...towards the audience. Instead of the expected ball flying through the air, a myriad of fine, white paper snakes shoot out of your hand.
The material used is extremely light, so that this effect stays in the air for a longer than average time, quasi as static fireworks, due to the slow sinking speed, and then slowly sinks to the ground!
After throwing, you can gather the paper ribbons together and manipulatively make a bottle, bouquet of flowers, etc. appear from the ball of paper!
