You know the finger cutter: A device with a large and a small opening and a guillotine that can be pulled up. First you show that the knife cuts objects in the upper hole as well as objects in the lower hole to a very sharp point when knocked down.
The knife is moved upwards again, a "voluntary victim" sticks his finger into the upper opening, and a cigarette or the like is inserted into the opening below. The knife is boldly pressed down, the finger remains intact, the cigarette is divided.
Important: Since many viewers know the version from the toy trade in which the knife is folded down and which therefore cannot be given out of the hand, we have the Non Plus Ultra for you here!
The device can be examined before and after the demonstration. You don't have to reach into the upper hole to "arm" the trick technique, which looks totally unnatural.
